Delete your Namelie account.
Request permanent deletion of your Namelie account and the personal data associated with it. The process is designed to be clear, secure and easy to complete.
What this request means.
Your account will be permanently deleted, not merely deactivated. You will lose access to your profile, preferences and app activity connected to that account.
Your partner connection and shared matches may also be affected. Deletion cannot be undone after it has been completed.
Deleting your Namelie account does not cancel an active subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel the subscription separately in the store where it was purchased.
Your account and associated data
After we verify your request, we will delete your Namelie account and personal data associated with it from systems controlled by NORDIOS. This includes your profile and the app activity stored with your account, such as saved choices, matches, partner connections and preferences.
Information may remain briefly in protected backups until those backups are overwritten. We may retain limited records where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Apple and Google control their own purchase records.
Check your subscription
If you have a monthly or annual subscription, cancel it through the same store account that was used to purchase it. Removing the app or deleting your Namelie account does not stop store billing.

Verify, process, delete
- Submit the form using the email address connected to your Namelie account.
- Open the verification email and confirm that the request is yours.
- Once verified, your request is sent by email to the Namelie team for processing. We will contact you only if the account cannot be identified from the information provided.
- Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days. We will send a confirmation when the process is complete.
If you used Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, enter the Apple private relay address connected to Namelie.
Questions about deletion.
Can I delete my account in the app?
Yes. Namelie also provides an account-deletion option in the app. This webpage is available if you no longer have the app or cannot access your account.
Does deletion cancel my subscription?
No. Apple and Google manage their own subscriptions. Cancel an active monthly or annual subscription in the store where it was purchased to prevent future renewals.
What happens to my partner?
Your connection will end and information linked to your account may disappear from shared areas. If your purchase provided your partner with full access, that partner loses full access and returns to free access when the connection or your account ends.
Can I change my mind?
No. Deleting your Namelie account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm your deletion request, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
